What is a Recruitment Counselor?
Recruitment Counselors (previously known as Gamma Chi’s) are currently affiliated members of each of the sororities at Truman that serve as guides for the PNM (Potential New Member) during their recruitment process. Each of our Recruitment Counselors are interviewed and selected as positive role models of the FSL experience at Truman, and are more than happy to help assist you in making your decision to join a sorority!
Each Recruitment Counselor has a group of potential new members (PNM’s) who are participating in recruitment. All PNM’s will meet with their Recruitment Counselors before and after most recruitment events. Recruitment Counselors are there to answer any questions and address any problems a PNM may have during Primary Recruitment.
